(but tune-0 is rarely used in my opinion) regarding Wuu, in my opinion that really depends on which dialect of Wuu you are trying to mark, is it Suzhou dialect, or Shanghainess ? from my friends who can speak quite good Suzhou I can notice there is difference between them, in case of Suzhou there should be at least 6, but 1 or 2 is rarely used in conversation, is that so rare that you may take them out of consideration, I really do not have a clue. Mate, I am not an expert of languagess, but there are 5 tunes in mandarin - i was told many years ago, if you consider tune-0 a tune of its own. How many tone in wuu? i use the 4 Mandarin tone with wuu when writing it in bopomofo and latin alphabet.
